You know, Mike, things are sort of moving forward now.

But one of the things now I'm glad to hear is that this Coast Guard cutter, the Margaret Norville, which is a high-tech coast guard cutter that has all the bells and whistles, all the toys, all the inflatables that go off that boat and search and divers and all the things they need to investigate this case, including the Coast Guard investigative services, Coast Guard investigative Group, they're handling this case.

And there's some rumors now, and it's not confirmed that they are now calling this case a criminal investigation.

They're not calling it a murder.

They're calling it a criminal investigation. And, Mike calling it a murder. They're calling it a criminal investigation.

And Mike, why are they doing that?

Hey, Bill, you know, they're calling it a criminal investigation because they realize this isn't an accident.

They don't believe it's some sort of accident for drowning. So therefore, if it's not like

maybe a reckless or negligent act

upon, you know, Brian Hooker's part where there really was a storm and, you know, his boat handling

skills were terrible and he didn't jump in the water and blah, blah, blah, blah, blah,

this, they realize is now criminal, it's a criminal investigation. They're finding it, they're looking to find if they could make out a criminal case

against Brian Hooker.

He is in the crosshair.

He must know that by now, and he's in Michigan, and he's just waiting because soon or later,

he's going to get a knock on the door probably from

the U.S. Marshals and they're going to take them away. But the Coast Guard is considering this

a criminal matter, not an accidental boat crash investigation. 100%. You know, I always like to

mention the folks in the chat and I just received an email from a gentleman named Caleb King, who's actually in the Bahamas now.

And he educated me and told me, because I'm not an expert on every field, that the people that are handling this investigation, of course, is the Coast Guard investigative group.

And they're handling, of course, the soulmate. They took that into custody.
