Summary
On the 22nd of March 2022, a woman calls 999 and says her husband has tried to take his own life. When the emergency services arrive, they enter a scene of devastation and chaos and 28-year-old Kyle Pugh dies.
But when the post-mortem comes back, all is not what it seems.
