Good morning. God morning to you. Mike Dooley said there's no one in your life who hasn't always loved you.

They're just all learning how to show it. Like you, it's simply a matter of applying what you have

to what you face. Being what you are in the face of everything, recognizing the creator's face

in everything, filling love as you look at everything, find something in that room right now

to love, looking in loving or synonyms. Whatever you're seeing, you're loving. Whether it's a lamp

or a computer or your phone or your body, look down at those legs. Love those legs, feel love while

you're looking at them. That's not that you're loving and looking, but looking is the loving.

The looking feels like love. You're just usually not paying attention to the feeling you're paying

attention to the thinking. Those legs are too thick, they're too thin, they're too short, they're too long.

Meanwhile, love is very present. It's not even a choice you can make. It's already always happening.

When you let go of the thinking, even as the thinking is still happening, when you shift,

the attention out of the mind and down into the heart, where it's silent.

The looking becomes loving and in that loving vision, everything is perfect, everything is whole.

That's God's vision, that's how God sees. And so you're letting God use those eyes, not the ego today.

You're allowing God's love to flow through you. You're experiencing God's love instead of believing

in it, instead of reading about it, instead of thinking about it, you're filling it, changing the world

with it. Like Rumi said, you're like a divine instrument, a brush, in the hand of the invisible

painter. He said, let us follow the hidden signs and find the painter. Or it could be the painter,

that's a true statement too, but I like the position of the brush. Like they say in Bac di yoga,

I don't want to be the sugar, I want to taste it. I want to be his instrument.

Relax into God's hand right now. Feel the love that's holding you.
