Morph how you doing man? I'm doing good other than the fact I'm going through a little bit of

Insomnia we were talking about before we started recording and it's something that I've had

before but it's you know it lasts a couple days for whatever reason and that goes

away and I'm hoping that happens this time but I don't want to complain too much but that's what I'm dealing with how about you now I'm doing pretty good but I will say sleep and when your sleep cycle gets messed up,

you really feel it, more so than I think a lot of things.

Sleep just really kind of jacks you up

when it's not what it's supposed to be.

Yeah, definitely throws you off course for the rest of each day because you're not working under normal schedule.

You don't have the energy and I'm trying to cut out coffee, which I love at at night so I'm sort of dealing with it but hopefully I'll be back on track real quick
