Howdy everybody welcome to the show this is a fantastic one and I do have a little bit of a disclaimer

caveat something I feel I shouldn't even I wish we lived in a society where I didn't have to say

a disclaimer like this that it was already a given, that we already knew this, that we already had

discussions about dark things like depression and death and suicide and murder and and anyone any good but I was you know me I'm a pretty I'm more than happy to make myself

vulnerable I think I just have a pension for exploring every nook and cranny of my

psyche and exposing all of the little bits of darkness here and there and maybe even romanticize it a little too much

and maybe sometimes tend to overshare a little bit and But just because it did the issue of suicide got brought up in the show,

I talked about with my guests, they thought it would be a good idea just to let you guys know that there's there are plenty of resources which

we're including for suicide prevention if it's something that you know you're actually thinking about

something taking action on rather than just having a fun

philosophical discussion about the amazing amount of abstract ideas and complex existence that we find ourselves in and the temporariness of it all.

But if you're sitting there actually thinking about taking action before you do first off not during a pandemic

I you wait till a pandemic's over.

Geez this is a passing transient thing.

This is, this is, you know, this is hard.

This is a difficult time.

Yeah, you, at least wait until the dark periods over and then you re-evaluate

things from there that's just That's just my advice is not being a professional in any way.

That's the advice I would give anyone like,

now, really?

That's a, what terrible timing. You're not even giving yourself a chance. Life might be the grandest, this is, this is this incredible, it's going to make all of these changes in the world.

Who not things might get worse but they might also this might be the catalyst for all of this
