If we go our whole lives, seeking to feel happy based on how much people like us,

0:06.2

or seeking to be happy based on how superior we are to other people in the means of possessions,

0:12.4

of money, or of status, then we will forever spend our lives sad.

0:16.7

And the reason why is because that is a lose, lose game.

from both of these books into one chat. More so from the courage to be disliked though because the

courage to be happy is an equally amazing book. It was written secondary two. The courage to be

disliked. It does a lot more into parenting and teaching and more so. Like how to basically guide

the youth. I found it interesting even in hindsight to my own upbringing to read this book as well.

to see a philosopher, specifically a philosopher who studies medlearian psychology. The youth in the book

1:43.0

really comes at the philosopher with a lot of the questions, a lot of the challenges that would be
