Last month, seven pro-life protesters were convicted of engaging in and I quote civil rights conspiracy

and violating the Clinton-era freedom of access to clinic entrances act or face.

The protesters were arrested in August 20

after standing in front of an abortion clinic in Sterling Heights, Michigan.

Combined, the seven face up to 11 years in prison

and $250,000 in fines.

And one of those who were found guilty is a woman named E. and $250,000 in fines.

when she was young.

She first came to the US in 1955 at the age of 20 after fleeing a government-led

As she recounted recently to the Daily Signal, Eva's mom decried the injustice they face there, saying,

quote, we haven't done anything wrong, who would harm us.

But when Eva was nine, she and her parents, her sister and her brother, were all rounded up by government

soldiers, loaded on a cattle car, and taken to an extermination camp.

The prisoners were forced there to share the same living quarters in a single outhouse.
