So two more months go by.

What was his demeanor?

What was his response to the formal, you know?

Oh gosh, I remember this so clearly because I reviewed it with him in the airport

right before I was getting on a plane to go home for a little bit of a

break. The break to go home and see my family was my gift to myself for

getting through this meeting.

Because I was very nervous and very anxious about it.

The way I would describe how he behaved is stoic.

So behaviorally, he did not say very much.

There was not a lot of facial expressions.

He did not ask me any questions. He did not defend himself, nor did he say I'll get better. He just said things like,

okay I understand and it was kind of like just give it to me and sign and let me sign it right no sign

from him of wow I didn't realize it was to this point Danny and I'm let's talk about how I

can do better he didn't ask me any questions about what do I need to do for the next two months it was just like okay fine I'll sign it right at this point he also

made comments about well maybe I should just go back to a role in the field and report to the Executive Director

in Louisville.

Maybe that's a role that's better suited for me than working for you.

And I remember again, shrugging my shoulders and saying, you know, if that's something that you would be interested in, then you need to talk to HR about that because I don't know if they have any openings and you know, that's really outside of my scope. I can't give you a job in the Louisville
