Welcome back to part two of the Corky story. I know the first part was a little long and not

terribly actionable but this part we really get into the meat of what actually

happened with Danny as a manager very first management job and I love his story

okay pick us up where we left off Danny. Okay so where we left it

last time was you know I was talking about that I had just I started doing one-on-ones with

Corky and the rest of my directs and that it was pretty clear to me pretty

quickly that Corky's what he was doing we just were not getting a very good return

on investment from his time and from

his expense, from the expenses.

So I kept doing one-on-ones, just kept focusing on building the relationships,
