Today I'm joined by Sarah Isker.

Sarah is a senior editor at the dispatch and a frequent legal analyst for ABC News.

She also co-host the acclaimed advisory opinions legal podcast.

Previously, Sarah served at the Department of Justice

as director of the Office of Public Affairs and a senior counsel to the Deputy Attorney General

during the Russia investigation. She was deputy campaign manager for Carly Fiorina's 2016

presidential campaign and clerked for Judge Edith Jones on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.

She holds a law degree from Harvard Law School and a bachelor's degree from Northwestern University.

She is the author of the recently released book, Last Branch Standing, a potentially surprising,
