Her name is Sina McCola, and she wrote Hands Off My Food.

So keeping in line with this very important, very timely topic of really food sourcing, food quality,

and like the over-industrialization, centralization of one more thing in our whole world, which goes into health care and all this. Energy, but this is food, which has really changed. I read the intro. I scanned through the book, and I think one of the themes in the book is how much things have changed really, maybe even in one generation or two generations of food sourcing and our lives and this kind of urbanization.

And like I said, this agribusiness centralized themes.

I think that agribusiness is centralized.

I grew up in Nebraska where like, I think it was conAgra Wars, like the big one, but it's like

these international conglomerates are making our food, which is really scary.

And Gates is involved in all that stuff.

But he has a very interesting background.

He's in Vermont right now.

And you can talk more about his book, which is coming out

next week. I saw it on Amazon. It'll be available on as a Kindle audio book and as a hardcover.
