And I know this is hard for people.

It's like, okay, we've got to understand these things.

I'll tell you what managers said and this was, this was not mentioned in the recent conference I've alluded to, but it was about a year ago.

Somebody said, Mark, that's not fair.

And folks, I'm going to say this. I've alluded to it before probably gets a

mail and that's okay. We respect that. I've alluded to it before, probably get some mail,

and that's okay, we respect that.

The idea of fairness is a false standard for this situation.

Fairness is often brought up, it's only fair to spend some extra time with Delta.

And by the way, we want you to spend time with Delta and we'll come to that.

But the idea that you're going to spend extra time with Delta because he's failing is a false application of fairness.

Now look, folks, we love fairness. Mike and I love fairness. We agree with fairness as a general societal idea.

No one should be treated unfairly.

But the problem is not the idea.

How can we argue with being fair?

The problem is misapplication.
