Summary

As I reflect on the conversations I've been having recently with the women in my life, there's one topic I knew I had to bring to the podcast. So often we get stuck waiting for clarity on what to do next when the thing we actually need to do is the uncomfortable action we're avoiding. Today, I talk about how to call in the level of clarity you're looking for, and why it exists on the other side of doing the uncomfortable thing. I also share how to build consistency in your everyday life, honor the boundaries you set, and set even higher standards for yourself. Consider this your invitation to stop avoiding the things keeping you stuck and start taking more action this year!
