Hey, why don't you get hold of your Bible and head with me over to Psalm 90, over to Psalm 90.

And let me just pray, Father, I pray as we study your word right now that it would be a food for our souls, that it would grow our faith.

We have so much to be thankful for.

We thank you for your faithfulness to our church.

We thank you for the work that you are doing in us and through all of us.

We thank you, God, for the things that we're still praying about in advance by faith.

We thank you for the things that you are yet to do.

And we pray right now that this time in your word would advance your purposes for our lives

in Jesus' name. Amen.

Last week we started in this two-part conclusion called the clarity of what.

And the first thing we should do in view of God's eternality in our temporalness is we should know God deeply.

Verse 11, including things that are not easy to know about God like His wrath.

Who considers the power of your anger and your wrath according to the fear of you?

And that is a great reality for everyone who lives their life and consumes their days outside

of Christ. All they have to look forward to is God's wrath. But for those of us who have

by His grace turn from our sin and embrace Christ by faith, we can look forward to His mercy

and his forgiveness and an eternity in heaven with Him. Yet we still are committed to, see it in verse 12,

counting our days carefully.
