Do you hear that woman screaming?

She's screaming on a beautiful Sunday afternoon in the leafy lake view neighborhood of Chicago

near restaurants and culture, civility.

She was attacked by thugs and robbed in front of her home.

So is this the scream of Mayor Lightfoot Summer of Joy, or is it something else?

Similar screams can be heard in many urban areas now, across the country.

Years ago I tried to warn you about that sense of lawlessness that was growing, and it's

still growing from New York to Philadelphia to Chicago.

You've heard about Memphis, right?

Memphis.

To Seattle all the way out there to Arizona, throughout the south, throughout the east,

throughout the west, throughout the Midwest.
