0:50.9	Look, for me personally, running is more than just hitting the pavement it's more than just a sport
0:59.5	I found running a couple years back or maybe running found me when I was a little bit of a
1:05.2	dark place to say the least I was fascinated about how much of a metaphor running is for life.
1:13.9	Because assuming you're physically able to put one foot in front of the other, it's that
1:19.8	voice in your head that you have to combat, right?
1:24.6	It's the systems in place to block out the interference so you can stay abundant on fire doing
1:30.4	big things and i think that is symbolic for how we should live our life i love running i'm
1:37.3	romantic about it i'm emotional about it in fact if you want to see me cry these days the only
1:43.9	way to do that is probably pre, during,
1:48.0	and post marathon.
1:50.2	That just brings out all the emotions and feels for me.
1:54.0	Just seeing the human spirit on fire, I got to tell you, even just being a spectator
