I went from being unable to run a mile to conquering four marathons the following year.

Now I want to help others manufacture big breakthroughs of their own.

Once you get the ball rolling, it really is like that proverbial snowball going down the hill.

Like it's it's so interesting that

whatever it is in life if you point yourself in that direction there's just this fascinating thing

that happens where life the universe god whatever you want to call it starts to go oh i see what you're

doing and then you know they start to like align with

you. And it's just so funny that I was very fortunate early on to know what I was passionate

about. I certainly did not know that it was going to work out. But I was going to put every

ounce of effort into it so that, you know, when I was 74, I wouldn't have to look back and go,

you know, what would have happened if I was 21 right out of college and I had tried?

I wanted to give it my all.

And if it worked out, amazing.

If it didn't, I knew that I gave it every ounce of my effort.
