I think this is applicable to just about any field where you are a manager of people,

chefs, being a chef has nothing to do anymore about teaching people how to cook.

It's about how do you manage people, how do you deal with the stress, how to build a better

organization, ultimately that translates into the best customer experience.

And I don't think that there's a lot of culinary books out there.

Certainly not cooking schools, I graduated in cooking school and all I learned was how

to cook.

And it's a one-sided affair because the dynamics and the changing variables in a stressful

situation as a kitchen don't really prepare you about how to be a great chef.
