Starting at your feet, imagine them becoming warm and heavy.

Slowly allow that feeling to rise up your body, relaxing your legs, your hips and your belly.

Feel the tension melt away from your chest and shoulders. Take a moment to check in with your neck, your facial muscles, relax your jaw,

your eyes, your forehead.

And with every breath, allow yourself to feel more at ease.
