feeling every muscle ease and unravel picture your worries dissolving into a delicate bubble

inhale deeply and as you exhale a delicate bubble.

Inhale deeply and as you exhale, see that bubble float away, carrying your concerns with it. As you become still, feel the weight of your body sinking down, allowing your mattress to support you.

Luxuriate in this moment of stillness and allow yourself to turn your attention to the sound of my voice

as you prepare for a peaceful sleep.

Her mother had lots to complain about her new client.

The stairs had brass rods that needed polishing and carpets that needed brushing. She deemed Mrs. O'Connor unattractive and too frivolous with her opinions and instructions on how Mrs. Make believe ought to do her job.
