is more fluid than it's ever been before.

And once again, I think this provides both challenges and opportunities

for the target listeners to this season which basically are the millennials and

anybody really getting started on their personal finance journey. So we're going to be talking about a challenging job market today,

the fourth of our six challenges facing millennials.
