Welcome to our rosary meditation.

Let's begin in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit.

Let's call to mind all those we've promised to pray for,

especially for the healing of Olivia and Margo

through the intercession of Blessed Pauline Jericho.

It's common to hear people, even Christians,

talking as though faith is a matter of uncertain opinion.

They say real knowledge comes from science or reason.

Faith is to believe something you can't really know, as if faith is not based on real certain knowledge.

But actually, of all the knowledge we have, faith is the most certain.

All of all our other knowledge comes from fallible human sources.

Our senses, our proofs, our records. These can all make mistakes.

But faith comes from God, who can neither lie nor be mistaken. The knowledge that he gives his children is consequently the most reliable, most certain knowledge there is. Recall that faith is not

believing something you can't really know. Faith is to trust God, that what he tells us is true,

and if it's true, we should act on it. Otherwise, we didn't believe him in the first place.

Our Father who art in heaven, hallow it be your name.
