I had to say that.

I was raised super, super Christian, and then actually read the Bible because I had an offer for a religious

scholarship to Loyola University and I was like well I'm gonna be the best Christian

student I'm going to be the best Christian student I'm going to read the Bible. It was a

scholarship for being such a good Christian. Yep, hoo for being like and also for having

the extremely high grades at my Christian school so I read the Bible and I was like oh this is nonsense this book is nonsense my life has been a lie.

So your crisis of faith came from reading the Bible.

Oh no.

Yeah.

No wonder they keep it in Latin.

For a lot of churches.

The book is stupid and it doesn't make any sense and there's also motivations like as a

Christian you're just taught like oh God's perfect justice and this is his son and that's the

Holy Spirit and really it's like he's like making a bet with the devil

unlike whether or not the devil can like turn somebody and you're like wait what?

Because it's such a weird archaic, it's so wild how like contemporary Christian church is like,

God's love, God's in your heart, like come home to Jesus and it's like no God's just like playing with our,

it's like a weird Zeus and fucking Hades.
