Less than a week to go, I'm Daria Olbinger Fox News, and at times shaky, ceasefire between the U.S. and Iran is set to expire on Wednesday, and that is just days from now.

Much of the focus until then could be on the strait of Hormuz and who controls it. Fox's Matt Fin is in Dubai.

Iranian officials started to post online that it was not and that Iran still had conditions to

pass through the strait. There were supposed to be no military vessels out there, that the ships

had to be okayed by Iran, and that any vessels had to go through a designated route by Iran.

So essentially that the strait was not free and clear open. And the intelligence official tells

our Trey Yinks that the Iranian regime is in

control of the strait. That official writing, the Strait of Ormuz is under full IRGC control and

effectively closed at this moment. Multiple vessels have been forced to turn around since this morning

as they attempted to pass through the strait. The IRGC opened fire on at least one vessel as part of the

closure policy they declared. Sentcom, meanwhile, says it's forced ships to turn around. A mass shooting

And others were taken in nearby hospitals. More were treated on scene. The gunman opened fire on the street, then took hostages and barricaded himself inside the supermarket.

The head of Ukraine's interior ministry said in a statement on social media that special tactical police units stormed the store after attempts to contact the gunman with a negotiator had failed.

He was killed while resisting arrest.

Speaking to reporters at the scene, officials say four bystanders were killed on the street,

a fifth person killed in the store, and a six person died from her injuries at the hospital.

President Zelensky said four hostages were all released.

Now, the man was carrying an automatic weapon, which was legally

registered. The prosecutor generally in Ukraine says the shooter has been identified as a 58-year-old
