In today's episode, we're going to meet a woman who's done just that,

a civilian who's taken on a case that she believes is a miscarriage of justice.

And today, she's here to tell us what she's found.

I'm Today's case takes us to Tennessee in the United States.

Danny Rex Harris was a father of four and a military veteran living in the Memphis area.

In 2007, he was 55 years old and his home was a modest apartment in a block called the Wood Chase Apartments.

He had suffered with alcoholism and was estranged from his family, though they all still deeply loved him.

On the 26th of October, at 11.30 a.m., Shelby County Sheriff Deputies went into Danny's apartment to execute an eviction notice.
