Hi, I'm Dave. I've been walking for fitness since 2013 averaging about 21,000 steps a day.

this research, which is actually pretty exciting, a little drama before I began recording.

This morning is kind of rolling out a little drippy, a little windy,

got an umbrella tucked in my back pocket, used it for a bit after I left the house at the moment.

The rain is stopped.

It's breezy, not really windy. But there was some lightning and thunder to the south of me.

And it seemed far enough away that it wasn't an immediate concern,

but if it obviously continued to move closer, then I was heading back.

It seems to have moved further away.

So I think I'm good.

In fact, if I look in the other direction,

I can see some clearing in the sky.

So maybe it was just kind of a short-lived storm rolling through the area.
