So the reason I wanted to have you on today is that there has been a lot of talk and I think a lot of chatter about what to do with

Russian assets that are stored in Western banks. This is I think going to become more salient as people start to grapple with the challenges of yet another winter at war.

There was a recent foreign policy piece, you know, basically pointing out that not a lot of people have thought about this.

And I think your retort in an email was a lot of people have actually thought about this,

which is the challenges, what's doing them, and all of that stuff.
