It's October 2nd, 2011, and this is The Candid Frame. I've been making photographs for well over three decades.

But the reality is that there's always something more for me to learn.

So much like you, I'm always looking for people who can

teach me new and different ways of seeing and using the camera, but also people who inspire me to

try photography and what I can do with the camera in a different and unique way. But it's when

that package comes in the form of a personality that's both funny, warm,

and generous, well, it just becomes the icing on the kink. R.C. Concepcion is definitely one of

those guys for me. In his role as one of the Photoshop guys at Kelby Media, he has helped to educate

tens of thousands of people from all over the world. While the knowledge that he shares is valuable, it's his enthusiasm and sincerity that makes him

invaluable.

Well, R.C., welcome to the Candid Frame.

There are a lot of people I get to interview for this show, and you are certainly one of the ones

that was very excited about having a chance to sit down and talk.

So welcome.

It's a real pleasure to have you. Oh, thank you very much for

having me. I was really excited to be able to come on. So after the Scott interview, you know what,

I've got to give you credit first and foremost before we start. It was a really, really nice,

it was a really, really nice interview. So he's definitely set bars here.
