That's why people reached out to me after our podcast is essentially we were talking about,

if you guys didn't hear it, about how even the term tribalist was becoming a tribe.

And that even a lot of the sort of like we're above tribalism tribe, their tribe became,

we have to call out the other tribes as voraciously as

they're calling out us. And they were still doing the exact same shit, right? Like pulling

quotes, like trying to almost cancel tribe people. And it's like, okay, we're all hypocrites. We're all

doing the same thing. And where me and you, I think, got a lot of love was saying how you should be able to live in gray and nuance and call out both sides but not have that define you.

I mean, I'm still way more fucking liberal than I am. I mean, I remember when like I did Glenn Beck and they were all so nice to me.

And I just go, man, maybe I am right wing. Maybe just because these people were nice.

And I remember I was like super broke and I was living in LA and my apartment was like covered in fleas.

And I was like, you know what? I'm going to watch some like Ben Shapiro on YouTube. People say good things about him.

And I like typed him Ben Shapiro and I watched like 30 seconds and I go, nope, I'm not, I'm not this.

And I closed my computer and was like, ah, fuck.
