I am really enjoying this process. I have developed some great daily habits that have benefited my body,

0:08.2

and I feel like right now I am the healthiest I have ever been in my whole life. I know that I could not have

0:15.0

achieved this on my own. I am thankful every day. The best way to describe my mindset is truly feeling like food freedom.

0:23.9

Like I mentioned to you before, I have my non-negotiables for nutrition, and then I can have

0:29.2

a small ice cream or a piece of candy when I want one.

1:29.2

consumed by food 24-7 and your thoughts always go to like, how am I going to approach this

1:35.7

holiday party? How am I going to approach this dinner? How am I going to approach this? And you're

1:39.8

constantly thinking about your next meal. You're constantly thinking about, you know,

1:43.9

should I save up calories? Should I not eat in the morning? Should I fast? Should I do this? Should I

1:50.0

lower my calories on the days around these, you know, holiday meals? And it just weighs on you. It

2:02.5

breaking point where you're just like screw it. And that's typically when the wheels come flying off
