Jag and I jumped and snacked out the most expensive home ever just sold in the US. Now we do have an

unaffordable crisis in real estate. We do. So the seller dropped the price by 50%. And it is still the most

expensive home ever sold in the US. This is state owner wanted $300 million for a 100,000 square

foot homezilla in Bel-A. And Jack how much money did they end up getting? 141 million and that's still

a record home sale. Half off must be nice. The record setting house is known as the one in the hills of

Los Angeles. Yeah because it's the one that someone definitely overpaid for. Well let's in this house.

Uh Jack what isn't in this house? Okay what's in this house is a 30 car garage. You could turn into a

Ford factory at this point. There's 49 bathrooms. Oh when you got to go you got to go. There's five swimming

pools next. That's not a backyard. Jack that is the great lakes. Marco! Polo we lost polo. There's no
