Paul has run 4:10 (Mile), 8:51 (2-Mile), & 14:43 on the grass. Paul placed 15th at the 2022 Foot Locker Cross Country National Championships, and will be one of the top returners this year. Paul is commited to run for Stanford University next fall.
In today's episode, Paul goes through how he handles injuries, running 80-miles a week, his career and how he's gotten better throughout it, his ambitioms for the year, and more. This conversation was an awesome opprotunity to learn from one of the best to do it from the Northeast Region!
