Summary

On a chilly night in December of 2020, California City residents Trezell and Jacqueline West reported to authorities that their adoptive toddler sons Orson and Orinn had gone missing. That call kicked off a massive search for the two boys. Were they lost, kidnapped or worse? 2 years later authorities in nearby Bakersfield, California think they know exactly what happened to the boys and have charged the parents with their murders. 1:00.0	And this is a case that comes to us out of California, a town called California City, known as Cal City, and back in 2020, I've been reporting on this for over a year, it's still for for some reason I don't know why
1:16.0	this story was flying under under the radar I don't understand it
1:21.4	because back in December of 2020 there was a report of some missing
1:26.4	children. Orrin and Orson or their names, Orrin and Orson West, two little boys,
1:32.1	three and four years old.
1:35.0	Okay, tiny, toddlers, and kind of gave him the name, the Cal City toddlers.
1:41.0	And they were brothers, but they weren't just any brothers they were
1:45.4	adopted brothers so they were part of a heavy new family a young couple the West's, Jacqueline and Trisell, mom and dad, a youngish couple, but they adopted
2:00.9	these two little boys. They adopted two other children and had two biological children so they had six
2:06.4	kids all together and you look at that picture and like, wow, these parents are amazing, right?
