Hey there everybody. Welcome back to another edition of Rob Observations.

Robeservations with Rob Leifeld. That's me. I'm Rob. I make the comic books. I've been making

the comic books for 34 years now. Very blessed, fortunate, excited still to be doing comics, doing comics all day to day.

I've been drawn some pages for some secret projects, doing more snake eyes, which is a

G.I. Joe project I have, but I am always drawn back here to rock the mic with you guys and continue our, uh, just our journey,

our discussions about comic books, pop culture, how they connect, how they line up. Uh, what a

wonderful thing it's been to watch all the comic books I grew up with, uh, kind of manifest

themselves, whether it's through animation, like the X-Men animated series

that rocked everybody's socks off in the 90s, or whether it is through all these fabulous

films that we've had the last 15 years, 20 years, and then of course all the great new

streaming content, television stuff that we've been getting and is on

its way. And I have been fortunate that I have seen quite a few of my characters actually get

translated to this, you know, other media, whether it's cartoons or games or movies movies and and you know we have been talking

about cable and we are gonna wrap up the initial cable kind of behind-the-scenes

story how he came to be the impact he had on the 90s and on my career and in my work itself but uh this last week

finally after uh uh you know it it's always seems like it's a long wait when i'm i'm waiting some

new uh product i i love seeing my characters uh in plastic as toys.

I grew up.

I love toys.

I love action figures.

I love the sculpting.

I love the posability.
