I had sent to Kat about like what's going on. I did. I reviewed all of it. So before we dive into that, just like this is our first time talking.

It was just wanted chat. So like just I did read everything, but just go over. Tell me everything about you, who you are, where you're from, what you do.

Yeah, absolutely. So I am actually, my name is Kelsey Birak, my profession. I'm actually a pastry chef.

I'm starting my own business. I live down in Augusta, Georgia, originally from Long Island. So I lived up in New York until I was about 12 and my parents were in the medical field.

My dad is retired. FDNY. And they were like, after 9, 11, my sister was born in 2003, 2004. And they were like, okay, we're sick of New York. Let's get out of here.

So I moved us down south. And we've been here ever since I went away to college and I went up to DC for a little while. I kind of found my footing in my career in DC.

And then in 2019, I was like, I'm done with the city life. I want to go back south for a little while and figure out how to start my own business.

So in 2000, early 2019, I moved back home to Augusta.

So I was feeling amazing. And do you like it? I love it. Yeah. I ended up meeting my current boyfriend. And we're getting ready to buy a house. And we're trying to list our house.

And it's exciting. Yeah. Building our life together. And he's helping me build a food trailer. So it's just it's just craziness and one thing after another. But that's the blessings of life. Right.
