Oh, today I have two great people with me on this podcast, Shannon from Gastronome and

Ty from Wild Bison Ranch.

You may have heard of them before.

You've probably seen their product or team Ty or whatever in our video content.

But the reason I want them here is they're both small businesses.

They're both trying to build businesses and doing a great job of it in the world of outdoors, in the world of food, high quality food.

And well, they're both hunters.

They both volunteer a lot for conservation things.

So they ended up coming together to build a product or create a product.

I guess you'd call it where Ty's Bison end up in Shannon's Terezo Hash breakfast meal.

And they're just two wonderful people.

And I want folks to get a little insight about what goes into starting and trying to make a business in the outdoor space.

Where you try to hold yourself to a certain ethos.

You build side boards around what you are willing to do and how you want to do it.

And these are two people who meet that definitely meet that threshold.

So before we do that, I want to thank Lou Pold for making this podcast possible.
