Joe, how did you get into the coaching business in the first place?

By accident, I found myself when Tara and I had a,

um, decided to have a kid and a kid was on the way.

I realized that I had to stop sitting in a room meditating all the time and make a little money.

And I went into venture capital.

And one of the realizations I had early on was that if I didn't bring my self-awareness practice,

if business wasn't a way for me to continue to develop and understand

myself that I would never succeed at business.
