Hello. Oh my gosh.

I feel like I have been gone for five years.

I think I did my last broadcast, the end of June, and I know I said goodbye because the

Fourth of July was coming up and I knew there would be lots of

family activities and things like that. But let me tell you where I have been. Not that you care,

but I'm going to tell you anyway. So we, back in December when our youngest son was in the hospital,

he had just been struggling for over a year in and out of the hospital. And he was in the hospital. He had just been struggling for over a year in and out of the

hospital. And he was in the hospital and it was December. And we just thought, you know, we're down in

Arizona. And we need to find maybe a snowbird type thing. We need to find a place to go with him

when it's 120 degrees in Arizona

because he is, he was completely dependent on a wheelchair. Wheelchairs are made out of metal.

I don't want to be sitting in a metal chair when it's 120 degrees outside. So we started looking

into it and we found a little condo and we flew up, we looked at it and we thought this would be
