Testing 123. Testing 1-2-3, this is Radio Free Mormon, on the air,

broadcasting behind enemy lines. Tonight's episode, RFM takes a church survey. I think by this time,

we are all aware that the church does a number of surveys among its membership in order to

find out where they sit on different issues.

It is, of course, a remarkable thing for a church that claims to be led by no less than 15

prophet seers and revelators with direct access to the mind and will of God still feel the need

to do surveys of its members in order to figure out what the proper thing for them to do

should be. Well, I recently received such a survey from a listener to the show, and thank you,

by the way, to that listener for forwarding that survey to me. I'm going to be taking that survey

today. Now, this survey purports to not be a church survey. I need to put that out there at the beginning.

And yet, I think the results of the survey will end up in the hands of church leaders at some point.

The individual who created this survey is named Jeff Strong. I know that because he introduces himself in a brief three minute or so introduction to the survey at the outset.

He appears to be, for all intents and purposes, a very active member of the church

and likely well placed within the church as far as leadership goes.

He will make a point at the end of his introduction of making it clear to the

audience that the church is not behind this survey. You'll hear that when we get to the end of his
