Summary

A rapist is on the loose in the Bronx.

Blood spills from random attacks on subways and in the streets, but it's never enough for the reform-minded jackasses in charge.

Though hate crimes against Asians are statistically MINIMAL compared the numbers committed against Jews, Gays, Blacks, Whites, Hispanics and likely every other category, NYC is losing its shit and doing what it does best: Nothing, intended to have the appearance of something.
