I'm here with Anthony Davis in Chicago for the Nike Rise Camp where they believe sports changes everything.

You're back in your hometown, not even going to put on the full court press regarding the bulls and the free agency coming up.

I'm just going to ask you coming back to Chicago, what it was like to be an athlete and growing up what sports meant to you.

I meant a lot. Chicago has great history in sports and especially in basketball.

So for me to be a part of that and to come back and give that advice and all the experience that I learned to these kids means a lot.

Do you have one piece of advice that you're going to make sure you impart to these kids here?

Oh yeah, I mean it's not even on the court. I know it's cliche but education, school.

That was the biggest thing that my parents are still with me. I couldn't even play outside.

If I had good grades in my own backyard. That's the biggest thing that education.

You know, make sure that you go to school, go to class and if you're a dream, if they play basketball or you're dreams to do whatever, that would definitely help.

All right, you have to do the one thing that everybody does but nobody expects.

Maturity.

I was a bit immature, you know, a big kid and then obviously, you know, being drafted.
