listening. All right Mark so the first two parts we did an overview of the

feedback model nothing new there. Those folks who have been listening a while

will note that there weren't a lot of changes there.

I guess after listening to it, the one change might be folks

knowing the feedback model. It's's good using it is better. So yeah, maybe it's a reminder that

Knowledge is not enough. You need to engage in some effective behavior. So just take that as a reminder of what you need to do
