Hi, it's me. It has been a while. Oh my goodness. So much has happened and I want to fill you guys in on

what's happened where I'm at and kind of bring you guys into where we're going to go. So welcome to

the Evolve of the Emily Show. I am your host, Emily Hayden, and I have been evolving at a rate that I have not

even been able to keep up with. And I wanted to record this episode to get some momentum going back

with the podcast. If you guys don't know, if you're unaware, I had a break in. Someone came and

broke into the trunk of my car. I know better than to keep things in

the car. I cleared everything out from the inside of the car. I had just gotten back from a

podcast tour where I was driving all throughout Arizona, Vegas, L.A., and I got back. I brought the

dogs upstairs. I brought a ton of bags upstairs by myself.

And I was just exhausted and I went to sleep. I was like, I'll just grab it in the morning.

That next morning, I did a beautiful yoga session, breathwork, meditation. I'm feeling so clear and in my purpose.

I'm feeling so good. I'm feeling so aligned. And I was like, all right, I'm going to film the next set of solo episodes for the podcast. I'm going to bring the solo episodes back. And I was really excited for that. And I went outside to my car. And the glove box had been open. It was like like thrown everywhere I didn't have anything else in

that part of the car but I immediately was like oh my gosh like someone was in my car and then my

stomach dropped and I went to the back of the car to the trunk and I realized that all of my

equipment had been stolen but because I'm usually so good at not keeping it

back there, I was like, I was in denial. I was like, wait, hold on, there's no way. Like, I definitely

brought this stuff upstairs. There's no way they stole all my equipment. Um, come to find out. They did,

of course. Come to find out. I have it all on camera. But I live in the state of California,

and we won't get into this. But no one's even called me about the police report that I've made.

That stuff is long gone. It's never coming back. And we actually just had a break in two nights

ago, again, to the building, not to my apartment itself. So that's a whole different topic.

And it's just a little, it's a little frustrating, you know, living in a place where that just
