We love to know God's word, love God's word, and live it out in our lives in all of the ways.

And today we're going to be specifically narrowing in on our bodies and our souls and how are they tied together. And honestly, this big question mark that we as women have, no matter your age, no matter your stage. And we have someone that is returning to the show. And I was just telling her, it's been quite a few years since she's been on the show. I'm trying to think exactly the year, but it's been too long. And I'm just excited to have Lisa Whittle back on the podcast. So Lisa, thank you for being here and giving your time. Before we start, can you share it a little bit about who you are and what you do? But then also a favorite thing you're loving just to kick things off. It's like a little icebreaker,

you know? Well, yeah, I'm glad to be with you, Tara. This is awesome. I always really,

really choke at this question because I'm like, who am I? What do I do? I don't even know. I feel

like I should be grown up by now and I should know how to answer this well. But I also feel like I've lived a million lives and I've done a million

things. But yeah, I think the most prevalent thing that I could say right now is that I'm getting

ready to celebrate my 30th anniversary. I've been married 30 years.

And yeah, three grown kids. I now have a grandchild, which is wild for me to even say.

And I've been writing books for a long time and Bible studies and speaking and just leading women really in their gifts and

callings and been a part of the church since I was born of a PK and my longest relationship

besides with my one with Jesus Christ has been the one with the church so that's really where

my my rooting has been and complicated relationship, but the one that I love and cherish so much too. What am I loving right now? Gosh, I also feel like I choke at this question too because I feel like I love so many things. So many things. Also don't like a lot of things if I'm being frank. Maybe I should ask that instead. Right. What are you not liking? What do you wish you could return from Amazon? Oh, the return list is long. Right now, in my kitchen, I have two things to return to Amazon. Okay, there you go. But no, what am I loving right now?

I tell you what I'm loving.

This is going to expose me a tiny bit.

I'm in my movie era and my son, my 24-year-old son and I have been enjoying occasional

movie nights together.

And he has gotten me watching, I cannot believe this,

the John Wick series, which I have never watched in my entire life.

Really? Yes, I'm so late to the party. But that is how I roll, Tara. I do not watch or get

into anything that's popular at the moment. At the time. Okay. So many, so much. I do not watch or get into anything that's popular at the moment. I wait. So many,

so much time has to pass. Like my kids wanted, my boys wanted me to watch Breaking Bad. I didn't
