know God's word, love God's word, and live God's word in your day to day life, whether it's motherhood or marriage

or parenting or working, whatever that looks like. We are diving into what it looks like to live

out our faith and actually uncomplicate scripture. And today we're talking to the parents

and to the caretakers and to the grandparents and anyone who has ears to listen about what it

looks like to have a wonder

in every single area of our lives and also help the little ones in our lives come along that

journey. And we have a really fun, a new friend, a new guest on the show today. We have Amanda.

And before we get into today's conversation, Amanda, I would love for you to tell us a little bit

more about who you are,

what you do, like what a typical day looks like for you. And then I also want to hear a favorite

thing you're loving in your life. Oh, well, thank you so much for having me, Tara. It's such a joy

to be here. And I just, I love the heart behind your ministry and what you're doing and just the goal of following more in love with Jesus. It's beautiful. So thanks for having me. So you asked me to tell you about a typical day, right? Just want to make sure I'm. Yeah, like, what does life look like for you? I mean, obviously writing books, hands full, all the things. But like, yeah, what does it look like for you? I mean, I love hearing a glimpse because often, you know, when we, like,

listen to a podcast or, like, read someone's books, I mean, you get that part. But like, what does

life look like for you? I love that. So, again, I'm primary roles right now are mom and wife and

author. And so every day is a little bit different because my kids are

they span quite a large range of ages from five to 16 so we have all the different seasons

going on at once we've got teenagerhood and we've got preschool and we've got school age. And so as you know, with that, everybody's got their own things going on and then we're

making family time to and carving out room for adventures together. And so because of that,

there's there's not really a typical day except to say that every day is atypical. You know,

you never know what the day is going to hold. And I love that.

It's, it's just a matter of embracing that spirit of openness to whatever God has for us that day.
