Summary

In 2007, the affluent area of Boca Raton, Florida, experienced a number of attacks and murders that occurred at the local mall. The crimes shared eerie similarities. The perpetrator or perpetrators targeted women who drove dark expensive SUVs. The victims were bound and made to wear goggles or sunglasses that were blacked out so that they could not see. In some cases, the victims were made to drive to ATMs to withdraw money. Join Mike and Morf as they discuss these baffling Boca Raton mall attacks and murders. These remain unsolved to this day, but a surviving victim has been able to provide a composite sketch. Are all of these crimes related or is it possible that a copycat killer emulated previous crimes? The details are so specific and similar that it's hard to believe they are unrelated and not carried out by the same killer or killers. And this is Mike Morford. Mr. Morford, how are you? I'm doing good. How about you?

1:18.8

I'm doing excellent. And I am excited to record another episode. I always get jazz during the

recording process. That's the kind of the fun part for you and I.

1:31.3

We really touch on some different kinds of cases that it's always fun to dive into them and see

1:37.3

if we can figure out what's going on with them. Got a lot of great feedback from our Halloween episode,

1:43.1

the two axe murders. Those are pretty well known unsolved cases, especially when you're talking

1:50.5

about big time family massacre axe murders and the somewhat paranormal activity that goes along with

2:00.8

each of them. They're both very interesting cases, but both very well known.

2:05.2

I think they were the perfect cases to do for our Halloween episode. They had some just the right mix

2:10.3

of mystery, but some of the bizarre ghost-like stuff too going on. So interesting cases.

2:17.5

So before we get into this case, we had some new Patreon supporters. So let's give our shout-outs.
