| 1:00.5 | and some really cool workouts happening, but I definitely noticed that there's a lot of times this missing communication piece, |
| 1:09.5 | where the coach, a lot of times, might be getting frustrated that the athletes aren't doing the things that they're telling them to do in and outside of the gyms. |
| 1:21.5 | So a lot of what I've spent the last few years, I noticed, I felt like something was wrong, and I noticed that something was wrong, |
| 1:27.5 | and I started looking around, and I definitely found a lot of things that are going to transform the fitness industry. |
| 1:36.5 | And so I'm really excited to be bringing and developing a program that is designed to take a trainer and take them from being a trainer to a real coach. |
