Would you turn, please, to Genesis Chapter 3.

We've been on a subject for some weeks now that we've been calling the blame game.

The blame game.

And we don't just say that because, you know, we thought it sounded cute.

To say it that way, blame is what we've been talking about.

And game, one of the definitions of a game is something that is dishonest, some ruse, some, you know,

scheme that someone is trying to do, and dishonesty is involved in blaming others many times.

In the third chapter and the seventh verse of Genesis, we see after Adam and Eve had disobeyed

Lord God amongst the trees of the garden. That is the effects and result of sin consciousness.

Sin consciousness causes one to draw back and to fear, but righteousness consciousness

causes one to be bold and draw near.

Only in Christ and through the power of the blood of the spotless lamb, can we get rid of a guilty conscience or a conscience that bothers us?
