New Age teaches that you need an ego death while the Bible teaches that you are already dead.

And that is exactly why ego death never actually works.

Now, if that's you and you are still riding the whole ego death train, I just want to invite you to really think about this with me for a minute.

Okay.

Why do people who have these huge spiritual awakenings still feel like they're searching a year later,

right?

Why do people who say they have killed their ego still get deeply hurt and offended and

jealous and anxious and insecure and all of the things? Okay, why do people who reach this state

of enlightenment still feel empty more often than not.

Like, why is it that in the new age, there's always another level of awakening,

another breakthrough to reach, another healing to unlock, another level to climb to, and another ego death to achieve.

Because the thing is, I mean, just logically speaking, if ego death worked the way your doctrine

claims that it does, then it would work.

It would work once, not over and over and over and over again, which means, okay, that

you have to at least be open to asking the question, what if the problem isn't actually

your ego? Like, what if that's not

the root issue here? And for the record, like, I don't think you're lying about your experience.

I don't think anybody in New Age is lying about their experience. I really, from the bottom of

my heart, do not. Okay. I think that you and others that are living within this

arbitrary spiritual lifestyle are indeed having very real experiences. I just think that all but the

experiences are real, that they are being misdiagnosed. So you're just misdiagnosing what is actually happening to you because the new

age is always trying to solve spiritual problems with psychological tools, right? Which, yeah,
