Hey everybody, I'm Aimen Mohedin and again for Nicole Wallace.

Donald Trump said it himself.

Any day now, he's expecting it.

We are expecting it and at some point, we'll see.

But no official word as a VA on an indictment in special counsel, Jack Smith's investigation

and efforts to overturn the results of the 2020 election.

We are aware of the grand jury hearing testimony in this case left for the day and a few

minutes later, the special counsel himself arrived back at his office.

What any of that pretends is anyone's guess at this hour.

We've got eyes on entrances and exits of that courthouse.

Journalist there standing by in a few trained ears to the ground.

As soon as we know something, anything at all, we will certainly let you know.

But here's what we do know.

We should know today, Mark's two weeks since Donald Trump announced that he had received

a target letter in this case.

And it suggests that twice impeached disgraced ex-present could be charged with conspiracy

to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct the January 6th session of Congress,

and depriving voters of their rights.
